Justin and his agency were referred to us by friends and we would now recommend him to others as well. He provided in depth information about the market and the different locations that would be potential areas for our purchase. We were impressed by the amount of time he spent on our purchase and how well he communicated throughout a longer than typical search. Once we decided on a property to bid on, Justin quickly went to view it as we were out of state and provided videos of the property. In that we lived away from our new purchase he continued to help by meeting with workers and giving access to those who needed it. We could not have asked for a better experience when shopping for our property on Anna Maria Island. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He went out of his way for any assistance that we needed, as we are out of state buyers. He was very hands-on throughout the entire process. After the sale, Justin followed up to help us get utilities and contractors switched over to us. Justin was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. I will definitely contact Justin next time we are looking to buy.
