Since the first phone call, Justin exceeded expectations. He brought top notch professionalism to the table from the beginning. His experience, availability and attention to detail were unmatched, and his proactiveness was 100% the reason why I am now living in a dream home as opposed to the 3 other people who made offers on the same day. My wife and I are tough customers. We expect professionalism, attention to detail, and first rate customer service. Anything less is unacceptable. Our first 4 realtors lacked in some of these areas, so we fired them right away. When we found Justin through a recommendation, we were so incredibly relieved. He was a much needed breath of fresh air. When others interrupted, he listened. When others sent us to voicemail, he answered. Being a first time home buyer, this new journey has so many things you don't understand and at times will make you afraid and confused about the whole process. You don't want to ask questions that sound stupid or crazy, so you just go along with a realtor's advice, and that's pretty discouraging not to knowing proper information about the biggest purchase in your life. But thank God for people like Justin Poritzky who are very kind, open minded, positive, and sincere to others that needed help like I myself, He was always available (in business hours) when I called about any questions or concerns about buying our first home.
