Justin is an excellent real estate agent and more. He throws himself into his profession, is very knowledgeable about current markets, and makes regular video posts about current market conditions. Not only did he help us purchase our home 5 years ago, he recently helped us sell our current home in a very difficult market. He's skilled in the art of negotiations and his calm demeanor helped us stay focus on closing the deal. You can't go wrong choosing Justin to be your agent.

Seller wanted a bidding war after getting 4 total offers right after listing, and we ended up with the house despite NOT bidding the highest. 100% I would recommend Justin to anyone in the area looking for an agent. He is professional, knowledgeable, well connected, present for everything, trustworthy, and prompt. He is also an Architect, so really knows construction.
