Justin was referred to us by a friend and we are so happy we decided to work with him to buy our family home. Our search area was large, and included more than one neighborhood with vastly different offering strategies but Justin knew exactly what to expect with each home we were interested in. In the end he helped us structure a very competitive offer on a house we loved and even helped us negotiate the sale of some furniture items the seller had in the home which we wanted to include.
