Justin and his team were able to help us to prepare and arrange our house in order to get the most out of it. They were able to show us that it was actually worth about 40K more than we thought it was and this allowed us to buy a more expensive house than we thought that we could afford. It only took them about 17 days to get us into a contract with our buyers. A lot faster than we thought it would be, but not too fast as to make us think that it may have been priced to low. They took care of getting us in contact with the people needed to fix a few things that were requested by the buyers and to help meet the deadlines that we were trying to adhere to. Words cant describe what they did for us. If you really want the easiest and stress free way to find a place. You need to go to Justin. They are so welling to help, able to break down things to the level you understand, I was never good with contracts and legal words but Justin just made it so easy to understand. Taryn and Justin are awesome! This is the 2nd house they found for us to rent. Taryn walked us through the entire process of move in and move out all while explaining every step of the process to make sure we understood exactly what we were signing up for.
