Gene and I met Justin LaParl as a referral from my husband’s son Greg. A few months prior Justin had sold Greg’s Warren home and found the perfect new home in Chesterfield in 2018. After much deliberation on my part and limitless patience from Justin, my husband sold an inherited detached condominium in Clinton Township in July 2018. At that point we started looking at properties. Every day Justin would send us emails with multiple home for sale. Very few piqued our interest, but Justin kept sending more and more. Thanks to Justin’s perseverance, on October 11, 2018 Gene and I found THE house that met both of our wants and we signed a purchase agreement the next day! We closed on the house November 9, 2018. And received the keys December 4, 2019. The next day Gene started cleaning, painting and making it OUR’S. Needless to say, we mostly I agreed to listed our current home for sale. Not exactly the best time of the year but I was ready. Justin addressed every question and hesitation I raised. He had a solution for each road block I put up. All handled with straight forward communication and a smile on his face. While we had many showings, he even agreed to hold a couple of open houses for us. The second Open House was scheduled on Sunday January 20th. However, on Saturday January 19th, the snowiest day of the season so far, we had a showing. Unbeknownst to any of us, the potential buyers from the day before returned for the open house. An offer for our current was made the following day on January 21st. We closed on our current home on February 25th and moved to our new home on February 28, 2019.

Justin sold our property with professionalism, knowledge of real estate and much compassion to our emotions of selling our house of 40 years.
