Justin was nothing but professional throughout our buying experience. From negotiating and representing us as buyers, and explaining to us where we need to be in each step of the process. We bought our house in 2017 and we were expecting our first child, even up against the clock to buy our home Justin’s knowledge and expertise played key factor in separating ourselves from other bidders. I recommend him to every single person I know. He truly is a professional, a gentleman and a friend. My wife and I find ourselves in our backyard in the summer around our fire pit with our children thanking Justin for everything you did for us. I could not trust anybody else in this process and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We love Justin.

He was incredibly flexible, super responsive, and helped this very picky buyer sort through a mountain of choices to find the right home and the right location for us. What comes to mind when I think of a word describing Justin Kaplan, is "Professional". We listed this property with him in June of 2020. His listing was very detailed, honest and true. He was extremely informative through out the entire process always keeping me updated and prepared us for what to expect next. He was very considerate, accommodating showings especially through a pandemic. He always determined the needs of others before taking any action and that's what truly stands out about Justin. There were minor "hick ups" along the way with no fault of Justin. Sometimes, extenuating circumstances do come up, but that's the way it is when engaged in something as big as selling real estate. Ultimately, the property sold and we closed in April 2021. We couldn't be happier with Justin's services and I would recommend him for all your Real Estate needs. Thank you Justin.

I've known Justin since high school and it is easy to say that he carries over qualities that I have come to know from him through friendship to his profession; courtesy, kindness, and passion. I am writing this a bit late, but I wanted to be moved in and get a feel of being a homeowner before writing the review.
