I am a first-time home buyer and after looking on my own for a heart-wrenching 3 years, I was about to give up hope. Then, I was recommended a realtor through a website and was lucky enough to find Justin. After contact, he was able to zone in on the perfect home in 2 weeks! It was literally the 2nd house I had a walkthrough in. He instructed and guided me through every step, simplifying the egregious house-buying process for first-time home buyers. He allayed all my fears and answered every "dumb" question without being condescending. He was upfront about his area of expertise and made wonderful recommendations for things out of his scope. He, alongside his team, was transparent and vigilant about everything along the way, without being pushy! He even helped me AFTER closing. I know it's easy to not trust realtors, but he's a genuine gem. Worth every penny I paid.
