What a fantastic experience I had with Justin as my realtor. We did a out of state move from Colorado to Prescott valley wgich is extremely stressful and Justin handles everything on the AZ side and that half of the process as stress less as it could have been. Justin got us. He developed the first search based on third hand information but the first house he showed us was a home run-a 99% fit. As we worked our way through the first search day, he quickly sussed out our basic requirements and refined the days showings to suit those requirements. On our second visit to PV, he started us out on the basics (homes that satisfied the our requirements) and then moved us through properties that added refinements to our basics until we arrived at Buggy Barn which met all our needs and desires but with a location that he had determined was what we really wanted. Justin was always positive with a level of patience that far exceeded his years, but was quick to acknowledge lack of knowledge. On those rare occasions where he did not have the answer, he was quick to followup with the desired info. We are happy with our new home but doubt that we would have found it as quickly as we did without Justin's forthright input and diligence in pursuing a long-distance relationship.

Justin was always cheerful and upbeat. His expertise and patience in my house hunt was greatly appreciated; because it took a while to find a house that fit my wants and needs, in the area that I preferred to live. He worked for this sale. When I was looking at the various houses, I could send him MLS listings at night and he would have most, if not all, of the houses set up for viewing the next day.
