From day one Justin was professional, prepared and patient. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know something he found the answer and got back to us right away. He was very responsive with all requests and went above and beyond. We were moving out of state and he even did some research to help us with all the logistics of that. My father in law is elderly and didn't always fully understand everything that was going on but Justin handled all the confusion expertly, he answered all questions even when they were asked multiple times.
