He did everything he said would do throughout the entire process. We met upon our arrival to California and he became more of a friend than a realtor. As a matter of fact we still talk after purchasing our home a month later. Always available and ready to look at homes, his patience was deeply appreciated. Any time I found a property that we were interested in, he was able to show us the home by the next day so we could evaluate it. His extensive knowledge in the Lincoln area was A+++; he has lived in the local area and moved four times, so he knows every neighborhood to look in. If he didn't know an answer he knew someone to ask. For example on our finances he put me in contact with a friend who explained all of the advantages and disadvantages with using the builders lender and utilizing their credits. I'd recommend or use again.

Justin Cooper was top of the top. That was great for a first time buyer that has no time available during weekdays. I had no idea what agents do. MY PICTURE: I had the impression one takes off work to have agent show houses and chooses a house and says goodbye to agent. REALITY FOR JUSTIN: Justin saw me after 6 pm & weekends - even Sundays - away from his family. Once chose house, Justin did bidding. He met with inspectors & repair persons while I was @ work. He set up the papers & explained the process & paperwork. I do not know what I would have done w/out Justin Cooper. He was there until the end and I did not have to put my employment in jeopardy. I figured out his commission was but it was worth even more. He did nothing to up-sell me to get more commission However I thought he deserved more. Especially since I was new to this process. And I was so picky that I was surprised he didn't lose patience with me. I would recommend him any day.
