Justin Chazon is certainly among the best agents out there

When I made the decision to be a first time home buyer, I went into this thinking I knew a lot of the process and it would be an easy ride out of the gate. I was mistaken. As Justin and I did our walk through on the first several homes I picked, the knowledge he has on literally all the angles of this process amazed me. He explained what could be problematic in the future, what would make the property increase in value, nearly every question I had, he was always ten steps ahead of me and addressed every concern I had. My process presented quite a bit of obstacles. Justin not only negotiated every one of them, but went WAY above and beyond for me over and over and over again. He made himself availiable any time of the day (within reason) to help me on so many things that was far outside of his role in this. I do not think I have ever met a more knowledgable professional that goes above and beyond time and time again. He communicated and litigated for me between the Broker, Lender, Selling Agent and Titling making sure I was ready for anything requested of me, documents I needed to prepare, obtain, etc. As we were getting closer to closing, Justin was on a family vacation out of the country, and still reached out to me nearly every day, just to make sure everything was ok in preparation to closing. I could literally write 10 pages on everything Justin did for me, the patience he had with me on everything I did not know of or understand, and now, a week after closing, he is still checking on me just wanting to know if everything is ok. What is most valuable to me, is that not only is Justin an amazing and knowledgable Agent, but I feel like I made a new friend in the process. I was truly fortunate to have crossed paths with Justin, as I could not have had a better agent, period.
