I purchased a home a little over a year ago and found out that because I would have my 4 year old son living with me I would have to pay $400 a month in penalties by the HOA. My previous realtor knew I would be with my son but I did not get this information until after I purchased the home. It was a nightmare. Justin Chang was recommended to me by a lawyer and after talking to him about my situation he said he would help me. 1st , he spoke on my behalf to the HOA. He explained the whole process step by step for selling the home while simultaneously trying to buy another. I was nervous and felt lost because working a full time job, having custody of my son, health issues, and trying to sell a home after having a bad experience made it hard to trust anyone but Justin helped so much I actually started feeling bad for him. He took care of everything from helping with the sale, to helping with repairs, handling the HOA and helped tremendously with getting the process started for buying a new home. I don't think anyone else could have been so patient and understanding of my particular situation. He is a great Agent and an even better human being.
