I lived across the country while searching for a new home in the Toledo area, which could have been extremely challenging. But Justin’s commitment to professionalism, unparalleled dedication in finding the right home for me, with continuous and timely communication changed the process from grueling to fun. Because I lived in the far West, he called me for an initial, in-depth interview to determine my wants, needs, preferences, etc. As I was unable to view all the homes I was interested in, he would preview homes on his own and if he thought they were remotely in the running, would then FaceTime me as he toured the home with a detailed explanation of everything I was viewing. If I had any questions, he immediately ran down the answers and got back to me with them. When I was finally able to visit Toledo, he had all potential homes lined up for me to view, in a short time frame. As a result, I was able to make an offer on a home while visiting and return to the West. However, his dedication did not end there, as he continued ( time after time) to not only run down any questions and help usher through the legal transactions, but acquired measurements, helped get utilities installed and whatever else I could possibly need.
