The Real Estate Agent that you didn't know you needed!
Going into buying a house in Dallas, I was hugely skeptical and jaded. My first home buying experience didn't go well; it was stressful and awful and my agents didn't seem to understand my needs and kept showing me houses that were - quite frankly - horrible.
When I moved to Dallas, I listed my previous home with a 'friend' and that was a lack-luster experience, too. I don't think Justin realized what a tough job he had to get my expectations level set to where I could begin to enjoy the searching and home-buying process.
To say he did not disappoint me is an understatement. He has set the bar extremely out of reach for anyone else.
It's all a blur now - it seemed everything happened so quickly. I got pre-approved so we could figure out what my price range was and we hit the ground running looking at properties within my very specific criteria. We set into a comfortable schedule of 4 houses (or so) every time we met up for viewings. After each house, Justin would take time to query me on my likes and dislikes; never really pushing his opinion on me; just listening. Whatever questions I had, he answered. Whatever text or email I sent at any point of the day was responded to timely with all the detail I needed. He connected me with all the right people. There were times when I actually began to wonder if I was his only client, because that was essentially how I felt. He made the home-buying process a breeze.
Now even after the closing, he's still made himself available for any questions I've had. You kind of expect that after the sale that you may not hear from your agent again but that has not been the case. I've still had questions that he's been able to answer and he's provided me assistance on other things post-sale.
Kudos to you, Justin! Thank you for everything. :)
