I was referred to Justin when I was looking to purchase land to build a home on. I was wanting some acreage on a paved road which is very hard to come by in my area. Justin found me a 15 acre wooded parcel on a paved road which is unheard of around here. The land was over my budget, but Justin was able to make a deal that was just within my budget. The guy knows what he is doing whether your looking for a house or property, he can get you what your looking for. He is constantly in contact with you keeping you updated and checking in, which to me makes a top notch agent. Highly recommend him and will be my only agent for all future purchases and sales.
