Justin did a spectacular job in selling my house in the Bronx. We had to deal with a rather difficult buyer who would have made my life miserable were it not for Justin. His team included an outstanding property manager who prepared the house for sale and assisted with some cosmetic repairs and logistical issues that needed attending to. Braithwaite Realty helped my aging/elderly parents sell a complicated property. Justin specifically was the person who helped to guide my parents and answered their many questions. Both of my parents have some memory issues, due to aging, and they struggle with technology.Justin answered their several phone calls at various times of during the week and he was accessible and very patient. My parents struggle with basic technology skills, due to their age, so Justin went above and beyond to make contact with other family members to help to keep my parents motivated and hopeful during the process.
