When I explained to him the reason I was looking to sell and purchase a new home – I could see in his eyes and his expression that he was moved by my story. So, on that day our journey began. I was very hesitant about the whole process. He was patient, he listened and provided me his expert advice along the way. Always reminding me that the final decision was mine to make. Over the next several months he was not only my Realtor, but he became my friend. In my eyes my biggest challenge was selling my home. I had spoken to other Realtors and they tired really had to get my business – nagging me and not given me a chance to breath. When all the recommend changes was done, Justin went live with placing my house on the market on a Wednesday by Thursday he had my house sold and for the asking price. That is a man (Realtor) that know his business – boy was I blessed to have him as my Realtor and friend.

Since my home sold so quickly, we didn’t have much time to find me a new home. Justin search long hours and weekend to find a new home for me and my four-legged baby Candy. In our search to find a new home, we looked at almost 15 homes in one day. Justin never complained or rushed me in choosing a home. When I finally found the right home, Justin made sure that I was protected all the way from finding me a lender that was honest and made I could get qualified and my monthly payment would not make me homeless down the road. My fiancée and I recently purchased our first home, and we were so unbelievably lucky to have Justin guide us through what can be a stressful and tumultuous process. At times I wanted to give up, but he shouldered the stress, built me back up, and kept the process moving.
