About Juntyna

My name is Juntyna Goodrum aka J Good and I am the Mega-Million dollar producing Realtor, the Published Author and the Certified Coach helping everyone I can realize their dream of homeownership. J Good has a name that is synonymous with success, determination, dedication and passion. As a premier licensed realtor in Ohio, my motto is to “Make dreams come true, one home at a time.” Setting the real estate arena on fire, my spirit of giving and service is evident in my devotion to help every client realize their dreams of home ownership. Helping clients to own a home isn’t just my job; it is my calling, and I do not take it lightly. I strive to provide every client with the maximum best personalized experience, which is not difficult to do given my ability to be an innovative problem solver. I go over and beyond the call to make my client’s transaction as stress free and pain free as possible. In the real estate world, patience and empathy is a must, and I embody both. Although to date I have helped over 100 families fulfill their dream of home ownership, I do not just sell homes. I empower my clients by educating them, and one way I do that is through my first published book J. Good’s Guide to Homeownership, which ai gift to each client. This practical and powerful manual covers every subject a potential homeowner needs to know from preparing to buy a home to upkeep after the purchase. No stone is left unturned. If intelligence and business prowess aren’t enough, I am involved in the home buying process from start to finish. Realtors rarely accompany their clients to closing, however, I strive to accompany all of my clients on closing day. I effectively communicate with my clients throughout the entire transaction and even after the transaction is complete. My understanding, empathy and flexibility allow me to be a motivator and encourager. How is it all done? My faith. I am a Christian and prays over every single transaction.
