Julz Brown

I wanted to share my positive experience working with Julz. I've collaborated with her on numerous occasions, and she consistently demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic when representing her clients. In particular, she recently facilitated a challenging sale for us in the gaslight area. Her dedication and expertise were instrumental in successfully closing the deal.

Julz was a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a home and Julz was extremely patient with my fiance and I, clearly explaining the steps of the process while we stressed about it. Initially, we wanted to buy a multi-family home. Julz is very knowledgeable in investment properties so I knew she would be a great fit for us. Being an engineer, I wanted to know the ins and outs of everything. Julz supported me greatly; sending documents, well put together tutorials, podcast and book recommendations, and answering my unending questions. After a YEAR of this, my fiance and I slowly transitioned into wanting a single family home. Julz did not express any frustration and continued to support us through the process. After recommending a great property, the process began of putting in an offer, inspections, etc. She saved us $1000s by recommending a sewer inspection, catching a catastrophic problem in the sewer line. This was eventually fully replaced by the sellers. Overall, I would recommend Julz to anyone. First time homebuyers, investors, and whoever else wants a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent. She was patient, extremely responsive (even over the holidays!), knew what cards to play and when, and in general a great person. It was a pleasure working with Julz. We are very happy to have a great home!
