i used julius to help me find a corporate townhome in las vegas since i'm out there a couple weeks a month for work. i had no luck trying to find a place on my own. julius knew the area i was looking and sent me a listing every time one came on the market (which isn't very often in the times we are in). the one i ended up with is one he sent me the listing as soon as it hit the mls late at night. if he wouldn't have been so responsive i'd still be looking for one in this competitive market. not only would i refer him for rental properties but i will absolutely use and refer him when i decide to purchase.
