He followed up with my application process making sure I met all the deadlines. Needless to say, I was able to move into the rental home, after signing the lease, within a few days. I wish this process had been for the purchase of a new-to-me home as I would feel confident in working with Julius in that process, especially after seeing how seamlessly he moved through the rental/leasing phase of this property and how well he knew the work of the builders in the Henderson, NV area.
