After deciding to relocate to the Guntersville area of North Alabama from South West Florida my family and I were lucky enough to get in contact with Julius Boggus. We were very undecided on purchasing a home and renting it until we actually moved or purchasing a lot and building on it at a later time. Julius was completely understanding of our indecision at that point was willing to show us what the market had to offer anyway. We drove up from Florida and met Julius the next morning for our tour of properties and houses available in our market range. We weren’t disappointed. My wife was insistent on a water view and he stuck to the program and gave us a full day of exactly what we’re were looking for. We took our time and any questions we had he immediately contacted the listing agent to get our answers that we needed for our final decision. After a hard day pestering him of questions and thoughts we went back to the city harbor to ponder all our choices which if I remember right was 4 house tours and three vacant properties. We decided on a lot at Legacy Point. This vacant lot had some covenants which again being a builder myself I had another 100 questions to make me comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Julius got them all answered and rolled into negotiation mode. He secured us a below market price and most importantly made sure all my stipulations to the contract were met before closing. Which included a updated perk test and board acceptance of removing trees that would block our lake view which was a deal breaker for my wife and I. In closing. Julius has what’s happening in the market down pat, works professionally with fastidious fussy customers as myself and communicates calm and cool when if things get heated. Just good at what he does. I will be doing more business with him in the future and would most importantly recommend him to family and friends.

We had an excellent experience with Julius, who helped us sell our home. Julius is very detail oriented and is very familiar with our neighborhood and our HOA requirements. Besides being professional and easy to work with, he was always quick to respond to our calls/text messages. Julius quickly developed a good rapport with our buyer's realtor, and he worked hard shepherding us through the process. Julius is a young and hungry up and comer that you definitely want to discuss your future home sales and purchases with. He traveled all over northwest Alabama for us (hours from his home) and when we found our home, he worked hard to get us the best deal. What's best is he doesn't forget you after the sale. A month later and he continues to keep in touch and help us find referrals for our needs. Years of experience doesn't always equate to good service. Give the new guy a chance. You won't be disappointed!!

Julius was very diligent in keeping us updated almost every week on the process and people wanting to make appointments to view our home. We are very happy with the price he got us for our home. He was very honest and always up front with us about what he thought we should do or what the best options were for us. We would highly recommend him to others.
