Words cannot express enough how truly blessed and grateful my husband and I are to have worked with Julissa. Being first time home buyers with a newborn on the way, we discussed details of the needs and wants of our ideal home. Right from the start, you can tell that its in her best interest to fulfill our needs and make sure all boxes are checked on what we were interested in for our first home. Communication was always first priority as far as any homes instantly on the market in our best interest, scheduling tours, and answering any questions and/or concerns we may have. With that being said, the whole process from start to finish was enjoyable, educational, and one that lead to purchasing our dream home.

if I could give Julissa 10 stars in all categories, I would. I cannot recommend her services as an agent enough! As first time home buyers, my Wife and I weren't sure what to expect, and found the whole process very intimidating. In our first meeting with Julissa, she showed us an extensive presentation outlining the entire process, everything we can expect, and answered any and all questions we had. When showing homes, Julissa isn't an agent that will just try to sell you on any home you look at. She REALLY took the time to point out any structural flaws or issues and extensively examined every property we looked at, and her experience with flipping houses gives her a unique insight and knowledge into issues you may come across. Throughout our process, we never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing her, and she never lost faith or patience with us while we struggled to find a property in a difficult market. We will DEFINITELY be using Julissa moving forward whenever we need a real estate agent, and will recommend her to anyone else who may be in need.

ulissa…Julissa…. Julissa - twice this woman had done the impossible for my husband and I. Our first purchase in 2017, our starter home, a fixer upper - we told our selves we weren’t ready but once we met Julissa she provided us all the support/tools to be ready… she said we can and we did. Our 2nd purchase, which was Feb 2022 - I thought this was even more impossible than the first but again Julissa was by our side every step of the way. With selling our starter home and the purchase of our forever home. Julissa goes ABOVE AND BEYOND & she will never fail you or steer you in the wrong direction.
