Julio Alaniz was born in the Central Valley and raised working in the agricultural fields. He was inspired by his immigrant father who taught him the value of hard work. As a teen, he worked in janitorial, maintenance, construction, and retail services, where he developed his strong work ethic. Prior to entering real estate, Julio obtained his degree in Criminal Justice and proudly served the citizens of California for 34 years as a law enforcement officer. Julio was successful and promoted within his department, and had the opportunity to work several assignments within diverse communities. His experiences proved invaluable and taught him the discipline to treat everyone with fairness and respect. As a proud member of the RE/MAX family, Julio Alaniz is detailed orientated, and carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. He has been a licensed realtor since 2005 and his wife is a licensed mortgage lender. Together they have over 35 years of experience and are fluent in Spanish. With his passion for service, he is committed to making the home buying experience as effortless as possible for all homebuyers and investors. In his off time, Julio enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, bicycling, motorcycles, table tennis, pickleball, CrossFit, and wood projects.
