Julieta "Julie" Gomez sold my condo for me and did a great job. She and her husband worked on a few cosmetic issues as well as repaired/replaced a couple of things in my condo making it able to be sold to conventional buyers. She did a fantastic job of communicating and walking me through the process. She returns calls/texts/emails quickly. She works well with others, ensuring you'll get the best offer on your home She is friendly, warm and professional and clearly worked well with buyers because my condo sold. I cannot praise her and her work highly enough. If you need a realtor, Julieta/Julie is absolutely the person I would work with again.
