We truly had no expectation to buy a house in this market as the bidding wars were outrageous. They were extremely patient and professional in meeting our requirements during the sale and purchase process looking after our best interests. All questions were promptly answered, and we were continuously informed every step of the way. J&J are an experienced team that made the process seamless and stress free. Juliet, was by far the best real estate agent me and my fiancé could have hoped for. Juliet went above and beyond in setting us up with tons of places to see and being transparent with us through the entirety of the home buying process. I was referred to Juliet Mayers by a colleague and I was very fortunate I was. She actually began working with me a year ago as I explored options to buy a house which due to some personal reasons, which included owning joint property already, did not work out but Juliet remained positive. This year I was able to sell the jointly owned property. Juliet was steadfast and focused. Throughout the trials and tribulations I threw her way she found solutions over and over again and reassured me. She easily and professionally took care of me and my ex-husband in such a caring way. And even was able to arrange for a traveling notary and then also traveling herself to make this deal workout. Juliet was timely and about the business of getting the goal accomplished. We listed on Sunday, showed on Monday, and had a contract on Tuesday for more than the asking price. We closed within 16 days of listing. Closed! Money in hand within 20 days of listing! Amazing.
