I have had the pleasure of not only purchasing a house with Julien, but most recently selling a home as well. He is very knowledgeable about houses in general, makes the experience of looking at homes unique, relevant and interesting, and he's very tuned in to the market trends for the whole Bay Area. He's an amazing listener, and knows how to distill a person's needs into choices and actions. He's calm, thoughtful, practical, creative -- and just a wonderful and fun person.
