Julie Ann King not only sold my home but prior sold my mothers also. She was very knowledgeable, professional and was a real person. I interviewed quite a few Reps before I hired her. Being new to the housing market, my spouse and I were extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect. I've had the pleasure and great luck to have had Julie Ann King sell my home this past June. We were one of about 8 families trying to sell our home in our Old Bridge Development. We were eager to sell our home and asked Ms. King to sell our house. Because of her expertise, experience, her ability to negotiate with finesse we sold our house in 5 days while no other houses sold on our block. We did ask for advise and I must add, we tried to follow all the advice she had to offer.
