While our plan was buy was a future goal (at least a year!), we came across our forever home just a month later and her expertise helped us navigate every single step with patience and confidence. She was quick to get us a showing and since we had not fully prepared to buy so soon, she worked diligently to connect us with an available loan officer that same day (on a holiday nonetheless, when all banks were closed!) so we could have a pre-approval in hand and submit an offer. She stayed up late through the bidding war, into the evening of the home inspection, and coached us on what to prioritize as we put our home up for sale. We have bought and sold a few time before, but this was hands down the smoothest process of anyone we have worked with.
