Julie is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She truly cares about her clients and their best interest comes first. Julie is very patient with her clients, no pressure to quickly pick a house to get a commission like some realtors. She is very knowledge about the Denver area, showing you around all neighborhoods based on your interest and has good recommendations for anything you need (especially best places to eat). I would highly recommend her.

Julie was instrumental in getting our house sold. We are now out-of-state, so there were some logistical issues. Julie was able to deal with those issues quite well. Some unexpected problems arose that would have been very difficult to handle without Julie's help. She was able to lay out options for us and she respected our position with making the decisions. However, she did not hesitate to give her professional opinion when we asked for her guidance. In the end she went above and beyond what is expected with a 'normal' house sale. Julie is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Julie was great to work with. My house was a mess when I initially talked to Julie because I had unfinished projects and because of a sudden job change, I chose to put my house on the market after only a year of living there. I asked for her advice on what was necessary to sell and she gave me some helpful suggestions on how to improve the look of my house for a quick sale. My house photographed well and I had 11 showings in the 24 hours of being listed and 4 offers within a day and a half. Multiple offers were over list price and we were able to select the offer that best fit my needs for my quick relocation. She was great with negotiations, very knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback from the buyer in order to push the sale through. Julie works for herself and I loved that when I called or emailed, she was the person to respond to me and responses were very quick. I never was pawned off onto another person like the realtor I used when I purchased my home and I genuinely appreciated that. If I still lived in the Denver area, I wouldn't hesitate to call Julie again.
