About Julie

I have enjoyed a career as a real estate agent for over 21 years. Prior to real estate, I worked at a major airline where I was Assistant to the President and then a Product Marketing Manager, with focus on the airport lounges and signage. Both of these positions required extreme attention to detail, creative thinking, diplomacy, effective communication, an eye for design and completion of complicated projects. All of these attributes are key to successful negotiations as a seasoned real estate agent. I'm a native Texan and grew up in Friendswood, where my husband Steve and I raised two daughters. Real estate is definitely "all in the family". Steve works in commercial real estate and development. Rachel has a degree in interior architecture from University of Houston and works for a real estate concierge company. Now that we are empty-nesters, we reside in Nassau Bay where we enjoy boating, the beautiful nature of the area and spending time with friends. I work 95% by referral and therefore I work in a variety of areas in Houston. I especially enjoy assisting sellers throughout the bay area including League City, Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Webster and Nassau Bay. I am also passionate about assisting first-time home buyers and renters. I have extensive knowledge of the markets in the Houston Medical Center and surrounding areas as well.
