As an out-of-state buyer I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and more helpful. Julie knows the local market, is very prompt in responding, And was a good negotiator for me. She even found a great place for me to stay for a week while I was looking at properties! You won’t find anybody better for the Venice area market!!

She promptly answered our calls and questions. She did same day videos for us and gave us useful information on all of the properties. She is very organized and kept us informed on all aspects of the closing. She made the entire process easy and exciting. Even though she does this every day, she made us feel as if we were her only customer and was genuinely happy for us. We have already referred her to some others and will definitely call on her again if the need arises.
