I have known Julie since middle school. I was friends with her older brother. She was always such a sweet and friendly girl, but when I went to look for a real estate agent to buy my first home, I knew I wanted to use Julie. When shopping for my first home Julie really listen to what was important to me and found me the perfect home in my price range! I wasn't even aware of the neighborhood where I ended up buying, but her expertise helped me out. Fast-forward to 10 years later, I was ready to downsize. At the time Julie was studying to become an expert on mature clients looking to simplify their lives. I knew that my homes value had increased dramatically! I have my heart set on a certain sales price and was not willing to budge. Julie helped me navigate all of the items around my house that needed to be taken care of before closing. She helped me find professionals who could do The jobs that I was unable to do myself. After several months, I receive full asking price! Naturally, I was thrilled! But then it was time to find a new home. We look for a long time until she finally found me the perfect condo. It was on ground level and have been updated and was exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't know it. I was by no means an expert in buying in selling real estate, but thank God Julie was! She held my hand through all of the stressful moments involved in buying and selling a home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction. She was kind, informative, and very perceptive. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I think that you would love working with Julie! She's the best!
