It not have mattered what agency Julie worked for, it was her reputation that counted. Julie is very knowledgeable about real estate and the process of selling and buying. She professionally dealt with me the client, the buyer's agents, and the closing lawyers and other folks connected to the transfer of official papers. She is amazing in all areas of real estate, yet she is extremely compassionate of her client - me. For example, when I didn't understand something or had a question, she went out of her to be at my front door with answers or assurances. I had no contact with HA stuff.
