Julie and Roger were amazing to work with from the first day we met until the day we closed. We were struggling to get our parents' house ready to sell. It needed work and Roger jumped in and helped us coordinate with subcontractors to get the work done. They jumped in and helped us do everything from repairs and remodels, to hauling off stuff to the dump and more. We would have never been able to get our house on the market as soon as we did if it weren't' for the help of Julie and Roger. They were instrumental in helping us do the things that we didn't have time to do with our own jobs. Throughout the selling process, they were very diligent in posting on social media, spreading the word and hosting regular open houses. I received weekly updates about the market and homes that have been listed and sold. Roger and Julie were great communicators and always available when I had a question. When we finally had an offer on the house, they were very helpful in getting the repairs done and ready to close on the house sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend Julie and Roger and would use them again.

Julie Trout has brought excellent guidance and resources to the purchase of our house. Very helpful, tons and tons of associated pros to help : inspectors, plumbers, electricians, and handy men. She says on top of each detail, double checking the third party work done. We are very pleased to have her help us on the purchase, and look forward to that same help on the selling of our last home.
