We had a very successful house sale with Julie Trout. They had great resources (plumbers, painters, handymen ...) at our disposal. They helped us present a beautiful house for sale. They also were great at presenting our house over the internet. A huge plus is that we were able to pay for our home improvements after the house sold, so we didn't have to drain our bank account for repairs. Julie's team is outstanding and I would definitely use them again.

First time home buying is very nerve wracking and difficult. Julie was really patient and kind through the whole process. She also was honest with her thoughts on properties we looked at and showed potential that a first time homebuyer like myself wouldn’t necessarily see/envision. 10/10 recommend, will use her again in the future.

Julie and Roger are very responsive and work well as a team. They’re on top of deadlines and appts and never say no to a house showing. They’re very good at structuring offers and do comp analysis. Also they advocate for you and give advice on what’s best for you even if it’s on their expense. Highly recommend hiring them as realtors. They’re good people

Julie and Roger were amazing to work with from the first day we met until the day we closed. We were struggling to get our parents' house ready to sell. It needed work and Roger jumped in and helped us coordinate with subcontractors to get the work done. They jumped in and helped us do everything from repairs and remodels, to hauling off stuff to the dump and more. We would have never been able to get our house on the market as soon as we did if it weren't' for the help of Julie and Roger. They were instrumental in helping us do the things that we didn't have time to do with our own jobs. Throughout the selling process, they were very diligent in posting on social media, spreading the word and hosting regular open houses. I received weekly updates about the market and homes that have been listed and sold. Roger and Julie were great communicators and always available when I had a question. When we finally had an offer on the house, they were very helpful in getting the repairs done and ready to close on the house sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend Julie and Roger and would use them again.
