Julie did a great job with recommendations for making our house more sell-able. She responded quickly to all questions we had and kept us informed of the progress of showings, offers etc... as soon as they occured. The advertising/brochures for our house were very impressive and she even came out herself to retake a couple pictures that she didn't think turned out just right. We had a pretty constant flow of showings which resulted in our house selling relatively quickly for a price which was more than I expected! We had already moved out of town, and she really stayed connected all the way through to closing.
