I'm going to say Julie is and was awesome from the beginning to the end of my mother selling her home. I found Julie online, read her bio and read the reviews which she never disappoint. Julie kept me in the loop during the whole process and provided me with up to date documents on NY State Law since I'm in GA. She has even negotiated a better price than what I originally had it for. I am really satisfied with the process of how everything was handled and would definitely utilize Julie's services and expertise again, if ever needed.

Julie provided excellent service. Able to manage some difficult situations, including: Covid, Estate sale, Property condition, and market sale price. She kept the doors of communication open with other prospective buyers, which ultimately resulted in the sale of our property, after an initial buyer made an offer but susequently backed out at the last minute. Profession at its BEST!. Julie went above and beyond in every aspect that one could imagine. She was more than helpful in selling our house. She prioritizes all our needs and was always available to answer any of our concerns. Julie has been so helpful in keeping me well informed every step of the way! I've found that working with her has been an enjoyable process. The issues around this sale (on behalf of an elderly relative who didn't keep up the property) have been rather complicated, and of course the pandemic added another layer to that. But Julie has been very professional and never let it become overwhelming.
