AMAZING FIRST TIME HOME BUYER AGENT.

I can without a doubt say Julie is one of a kind. She is one of the most down to earth real estate agents I have ever met. Being a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with loans and information I heard from other agents who sent me little listings, scared me off, and told me I would never find a home without a conventional loan. When I finally met Julie she was knowledgeable about the process and helped me find a home with the FHA loan I was approved for. We went from house to house looking for the home that would fit my needs and when we finally found the one she worked endlessly to make sure I was getting the best deal and that everything was being handled through my loan company, the title company, and the sellers agent. Every time I called she picked up and her communication was excellent. If I wanted to see a house she was available, any questions I had she answered. I could go on and on about how outstanding of a agent she is. I can honestly say that the home that I purchased I would not have gotten without her and I cannot thank her enough for the time and work she put into finding me a home and walking me through the process of buying. To anyone looking for an agent that will understand your needs and not treat you like a transaction I recommend you work with Julie it was a pleasure and honor and if in the future I need to sell or buy another home she would be my first call. Julie is definitely one of the gems in the real estate industry!
