I can without a doubt say Julie is one of a kind. She is one of the most down to earth real estate agents I have ever met. Being a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with loans and information I heard from other agents who sent me little listings, scared me off, and told me I would never find a home without a conventional loan. When I finally met Julie she was knowledgeable about the process and helped me find a home with the FHA loan I was approved for. We went from house to house looking for the home that would fit my needs and when we finally found the one she worked endlessly to make sure I was getting the best deal and that everything was being handled through my loan company, the title company, and the sellers agent. Julie worked with me for several months during what might be the craziest housing market of all time. We looked at lots of homes, and made offers on 4. Three were negotiated and accepted. The first one didn't make it through inspections, the second was rough and Julie worked hard to make it happen. In the end, that deal fell through as well, but she said another place nearby just came on the market. We came, we looked, and finally managed to buy the house. Julie was helpful in negotiating all the things that so many people don't really think about.
