Julie began her Real Estate career in 2004 in the mortgage industry working for a brokerage and a private lender. This experience allows her to better understand the financing needs and concerns of clients and provide appropriate support.
After purchasing her first home with her husband in 2010 she became interested in Real Estate investing however it was a few years before they began building their portfolio. Expanding her investment knowledge and creating strategic partnerships accelerated Julie’s progress as an investor and she continues to focus on education and professional development to best serve her clients.
Becoming a Realtor was the natural next step for Julie. She now enjoys helping clients jump start and grow their portfolios. Julie also loves the opportunity to help people find their “dream home”. Whatever your needs are, she is here to make it happen for you.
Julie was born on Halloween and it is her favorite holiday to celebrate. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Leandro, baby boy Logan, cats Six and Delilah, deepening her faith and maintaining an active lifestyle.
