She was knowledgeable both in terms of understanding the physical aspects of the house and property and market trends at the time of sale. She called us on a regular basis to set up appointments and made sure we were aware when each potential buyer viewed the property. She was also helpful in identifying a few contractors to address potential issues prior to the sale sale. For instance, after we had the house inspected we need some work done in the basement. The contractor was excellent and the price fair. We would contact her again to represent us to potential buyers.

Julie arrived at our house ready to give us a fair market assessment. She had done her homework and brought with the sales price of perhaps five other like properties. Our realtor considered the many upgrades and the remodeling we had done to our home also. I doubt that there could be realtors who care more deeply about their clients and attempt to do the most just work for them than Julie. We have faced some very difficult trials including the death of our son, and she knew our motivation was to be with family in another state. She cared so much.
