Julie sold our home in Punta Gorda, Florida and helped us find our dream home in Venice, Florida. Julie is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endless patient and generous with her time. From the very beginning of the process of selling our home, she knew exactly what she had to do in terms of a successful sale within a practical timeframe. The MLS listing with the beautiful pictures were awesome. Julie told us having an open house weekly drives homes sales. She also determined the best day to have an open house in our community and it all came together. We had a sale sooner than later with a few buyers waiting in the wings.
