Julie was terrific from Day 1, giving us honest feedback and guidance about what to expect during the entire house sale process. Her promotion efforts were excellent, her suggestions about recommended upgrades and inspections were right on target, and she navigated us through the contract process expertly. All those professional qualities were most welcome. However, what we are most thankful for was Julie's personal approach, encouraging us when unexpected "bumps in the night" occurred and calmly reassuring us that a positive outcome would be reached for us and for the Buyers. And she was right!
