Julie Smith did a phenomenal job in helping my father sell his house in Mt. Dora. Both her and her husband Jeff went above-and-beyond typical real estate agent services to help my father get his house ready for sale and provided lots of additional help along the way. My father's sale also involved some complexities with multiple parties involved and Julie and Jeff did a wonderful professional job managing the process, with excellent and frequent communications along the way. Julie and Jeff helped reduce the stress on my father as he transitioned to an assisted living facility and was dealing with some health issues at the time.
