Julie was our Seller's Representative for the sale of our first home. She went to the house and walked both the inside and outside and provided guidance on what needed to be done to prepare our house for sale. The day she came by, another realtor's sign was posted at the end of the street announcing an open house down the road from our house. She seized the opportunity and posted a "Listing Coming Soon" sign in our front yard to take advantage of the open house traffic flow (very crafty young lady). We made all of the repairs she suggested and accepted a contract within hours of listing the home! This particular sale ended up being a bit more complicated than any of us expected due to buyer financing issues, but Julie made it all come together. She explained things thoroughly in terms we could understand, which I'm sure was challenging for her given our lack of knowledge with any kind of real-estate sale. She normally answer the phone when I called, and if I left a message, she called back in a timely fashion. She was also very good about resounding to text messages, even if to say she would have to check on something and get back to me. I would recommend her to friend and family, and I will use her again if I decide to sell my new home and she covers my area.
