Let me tell you that the home buying process is not always a smooth journey from A to B. Our experience came with hiccups, delays, and many agrivations. My journey began remotely from out-of-state while Julie was here in the St. Petersburg / Tampa area tirelessly researching and reviewing listings while paying very close attention to the criteria that I had requested and doing her absolute best to find the best matches possible. After matches were found and agreed upon, Julie did not hesitate to get a showing scheduled and then immediately proceeded to video review the listings for me in-person, usually same day or next morning.
