Julie was an amazing realtor to have as first time home buyers! If a house popped up we wanted to see, she was right on it with getting us a time to see the house. When we found the house we wanted to purchase, she helped initiate getting the selling price down, which is hard to do with new construction, but we got the lower price! Julie was also a text or phone call away when needed and easy to talk to about our needs and wants in our home.
