We interviewed several agents and had several attempts at listing our home in a saturated market. We were planning to relocate across the country in the next few days and needed to trust someone to take care of our home while we were too far away to handle it during the winter. Julie kept a watchful eye on our home and made sure it looked like we were still there handling snow and handling small things like turning water on during freezing temperatures.
