Julie and Jess were very responsive and did an excellent job of explaining options, strategy, etc. I went with their recommendation to stage the house, list the property initially as a "coming soon" property, and adopt their strategy on a listing price. Julie was professional and helpful during the listing process. She advised us on how best to prepare our house for sale. She found a potential buyer before we were ready to list or show the house. The potential buyer visited our home before it was staged, made an acceptable offer (price above what we were going to list) and we closed in about 6 weeks without ever having a "for sale" sign up.
